The 18th century chateaux , built in 1803, sold to Pierre Royal in 1971 finished to open doors in 1986 where Pierre Royal. today La Loire Royal academy is a culinary art student campus for undergraduate to enroll into fine programs. The academy is an elite culinary and pastry campus of France. surrounded by farms, cheese manufacturing, chocolate and traditional pastry and bakery shops for intern students visits and current stage, to experience the heart of France Pastry.
PRESENT
Today La Loire Royal is one of the elite prestigious school of pastry and chocolate in France. we host international student from all around the globe. France, England, Germany, China, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Canada, USA, South America, Australia and many countries.
Our campus chateaux is equipped with advance culinary kitchen for private lessons for each student answering all their questions and help them succeed a task to perfection, our level of teaching is rank #1 Executive de France. modern and traditional french pastry and chocolate art. we are proud to have each year a different host chef like cedric grollet pastry chef and pierre marcolini Master chocolatier as instructors of honors, as we are lucky to have best instructors in our compus and online dashboard to assist new undergraduate achieving the best of themselves in pastry and chocolate arts.

Chateaux "La Loire Royal" is surrender by beautiful farms of wine, bakers shop, chocolatier shop, pastry, cheese manufactures, edible oil, bazaar, and the best of what France can offer, which is set as a program schedule to visit boutiques , your education will be a tourist visa to wonderland ;) so much fun to have, taste, eat and enjoy! our approach to education is raw and real from the source of France. and we offer an education system like no other in Europe. 45 min far from Paris down town.
